Anyone with Log In problems on Majuscule Ane ?
Just curious if anyone else has experienced log in issues over the last week with Capital Ane credit cards
trying to admission their account online . Myself, I can't log in and the CS agents accept no inkling whats going on .
What is pitiful is they seem to feel they have to provide some type of lame excuse that is just BS, every agent provides
a unlike i !!
I tin sign in , become to a limbo country of not in , not out and can also log out also. Just non able to fully log in to meet transactions
EXcuses provides so far :
1- You need to undate your emplyment status- update but no better
2- Nosotros are consolidating Capital one and costco cards............bs
3- Your browser enshroud is corrupted- flushed and no better
iv- Your need a new password--tried that and no better
Let me know if y'all are having same effect , not sure if this has anything to practise with
the recent Equifax security breach.

My married woman got the same run-around for the whole weekend. Finally erased all her accounts and had to recreate online account.

+1, the site was downwardly for upgrade .
There was a notice posted for several weeks now that the site would be downward Sept 14-eighteen using big red letters

Don't recollect seeing any notice but today is the 20th and notwithstanding can't log in

Yes, aforementioned effect.
They upgraded the site for costco cards.
I have Cap1 Aspire Cash and Costco.
I tin't login, says they need to update my info and the site can't detect me if I effort to do a reset or sign upwards for the costco section.
I called and they had no clue either. I'k going to wait a few days before I try calling once again.

Yup, same crap on this end !
I asked if the task at paw hither is to covertly discourage their patrons from using their credit cards.
Every agent would effort to make excuses foe what is going on, in reality they are about as clueless as
nosotros are . This has to be one of the poorly implimented upgrade programs I take ever encountered
where almost everyone is either in the night or will soon be in that location also.
I think they were trying to merge the Aspire and Costco carte du jour databases and just fabricated a royal mess
out of it.

Well.. equally far as worst upgrades, I guess you didn't have an MBNA bill of fare when they upgraded. :-)
My username for both databases was the same, wonder if that factored in.

Not sure where their customer service locations are, only seems the just thing the agents tin can say
is "I'chiliad then sorry for your inconvenience"
I have spent more than fourth dimension on the phone with this issue and more than fourth dimension trying to log in than what I would take spent
the unabridged final yr with all my cards and utilities !

With their 'new and improved' (BS) web site, they strength you to create a new business relationship (for Costco Capital Ane holders anyways). It's not working for me (it can't find me based on my name, phone number, altogether, postal code) and calling them seems futile. Wasted 30 minutes on the phone yesterday (no answer) and currently on hold for 1 hour with them today (all the same no respond).
Making me want to cancel the bloody card and observe another MasterCard to go with for Costco.

wasted so much of my fourth dimension on concur and then with attendants that were simply out of touch and unaware
equally to whats going on.
I suspect that their attempts to merge Aspire and Costco databases bungled the whole matter upward.
Seeing as how no one give a proper expanation, mine seems to be logical and appropriate !

YES! I thought it was just me, sometimes it volition login, sometimes it goes to a white screen and I go nowhere. Heed you this is all on an iPhone, just still.
